MMT Automation is a company based in Kochi, Kerala, India, located near TVS Kottapuram, Alangad. We are running laser and cnc cutting business, along with trading building materials like HPL SHEETS , POLYCARBONATE SHEETS , ROOFING SHEETS.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at MMT Automation in Kochi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring HR compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training skills
Knowledge of HR compliance with labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the automation industry is a plus
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
