Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Panchmukhi Air & Train Ambulance Services in Patna. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lead and direct HR teams
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
