Our client is a manufacturer of high quality zinc, zinc aluminum, aluminum and solder wires in India.

Location : Alandi, Maharashtra

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource operations. This role requires a combination of HR generalist skills and a deep understanding of recruitment, knowledge of statutory requirements, ISO audit & Factory Act.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Source and screen attract top talent through various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster.
  • Conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and define job requirements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Employee Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
  • Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Timekeeping and Payroll:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping records.

HR Policies, Audit and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Conduct regular internal audits of HR records and policies, ensuring adherence to statutory and certification standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable labor laws, the Factory Act, and relevant regulations to maintain a safe and legally compliant workplace.
  • Handle various HR-related paperwork, including contracts, offer letters, and employment agreements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements, ISO audit, Factory Act, labor laws & regulations
