Human Resources Manager
Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources, administration, and maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will define and implement KRAs, KPIs, and organizational policies while ensuring a thriving workplace culture. This role is critical to the smooth functioning and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
– Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
– Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction programs.
– Design performance appraisal systems and track KRAs and KPIs for employees across departments.
– Conduct training and development initiatives to upskill employees.
– Maintain employee records and oversee payroll processing.
– Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Administration
– Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, including office management and supplies.
– Develop processes to improve operational efficiency across departments.
– Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts for office equipment and services.
Maintenance
– Supervise the upkeep of office facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
– Manage relationships with service providers for maintenance needs.
– Create and enforce safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Culture & Organizational Development
– Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
– Act as a culture ambassador to align employee values with the organization’s mission and vision.
– Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Employee satisfaction and retention rates.
2. Time-to-hire for open positions.
3. Completion rate of performance reviews.
4. Compliance with HR and labour regulations.
5. Operational efficiency metrics for administrative functions.

Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in HR management with exposure to administration and facilities management.
– Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and office productivity tools.
– Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.
