Job Description
1 Assume overall responsibility for delivery of training to the students as per the set quality parameters.
2. Preparing session plans and lesson plans.
3. Implementing training aids and methodologies ( case study, role play , simulation etc) in class room.
4. Develop processes and systems for ensuring that the training quality in the assigned school is of uniform quality and scales up as per the market requirement.
5. Conduct training on the basic knowledge of the domains assigned.
6. Maintain required documentation/report.
Roles & Responsibility
Assume overall responsibility for delivery of trainings as per the set quality parameters.

Conduct training on the basic knowledge ofthe domain(knowledge of curricula as per MES or NOS guidelines)assigned.

Applicant Attributes-Must Have:
3 years experience in the training – domain specific experience, Experience in training under any of the government skill development scheme.
Applicant Attributes-Nice to Have:
Process & Quality management (Effect in Compliance adherence in government schemes), Understanding about the critical aspects in mobilization of entry level candidates.
Career Progression : In three years up to regional head in same vertical, 5 years lead – project

3 key deliverables expecting from the indidual “1. Conduct training batches with adherence to complete complience required. 2. Ensure mobilisation and retention of the candidates with support from team to ensure the batches in time. 3. Ensure min 80% candidates are certified in all the batches”
3 things individual should have done in the previous role/company 1. Conduct similar training programs for a min period of 1-2 years min of 20-25 batches. 2. Support team in the mobilisation of the candidates. 3. Interact with the clients during the placement process to ensure placement ”
Salary: 15-25k pm
