Role Overview:
As a Team Lead – Sales at Thrillophilia, you will oversee and manage a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet business targets. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales operations, managing leads, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
– Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
– Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, share updates, and resolve challenges.
– Train new team members on sales techniques, CRM tools, and company processes.
1. Sales Operations:
– Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, focusing on both domestic and international travel packages.
– Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Handle escalations to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
1. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
– Collaborate with internal teams to tailor travel packages according to customer preferences.
1. Process Optimization:
– Implement and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
– Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and maintain accurate records.
1. Target Achievement:
– Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Collaborate with management to design and implement campaigns for lead generation and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Experience: 4+ years in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
– Skills:
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
