Job role summary:

The project coordinator is the primary customer interface working directly with the project manager to successfully execute and complete the project. As a project coordinator you ensure reports are delivered that show the progress of the project and you make sure regular and proactive communications go out to the customer. You have an engaging presence and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

– 3+ years experience in project coordinator/analyst role in the IT industry.

Job locations: Bangalore , Gurugram ,Noida.

Shifts : US Shifts

Work Place: On Campus Role

Important Note:

– Relevant experience in project management alone to apply
– Candidates who can join immediately and 1 month of notice period are preferred.

Role and responsibilities:

– Strong knowledge in Project management methodologies.
– Build communication channels with internal departments while acting as primary customer interface.
– Regular and proactive customer communications (written/verbal) to ensure all customer concerns are addressed readily.
– Produce regular (ad-hoc) status reports on project status, resourcing needs and availability using the available tools.
– Provide custom reporting upon request.
– Oversight of internal team members to ensure client deliverables.
– Execute and maintain project management processes in the area of project schedules, quality, communications, risk/issue, escalation and change management for multiple medium sized projects guided by project lead.
– Track time management and task assignment for the project team.
– Project responsibility for but not limited to implementation, tracking, governance, reporting, execution etc.
– Support multiple customers.
– Development and maintenance of project schedules and calendars with input from client and project team.
– Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Effective problem identification and solution skills.

Education requirements:

Bachelors degree Minimum

professional certifications

ITIL V4 Foundations or equivalent , Scrum , PMP , prince 2 foundation
