Position: International Sales & marketing – Russia & CIS

Exp: 10+ years

Job Responsibilities:

– Responsible for CIS & Russia for both Human Health and Animal Health business. The company typically has a presence in both the segments in most of its markets. The following will be the Key Result Areas of the position.
– Responsible for sales and marketing for the region
– One of the key objectives will be to establish entry into new markets not tapped into. An ideal candidate should be well networked to appoint good distributors across regional territories.
– New business initiatives will be highly encouraged based upon opportunity assessment from a market-to-market perspective.
– Ensuring profitability of the territory.
– Tapping into the tender market / institutional markets across territories. An exposure to bidding of tenders with key national tenders authorities across the region will be an advantage.

Critical Requirements

Good knowledge of Russian language is a MUST!

Prior experience of Vaccines / Biotech companies is desirable.

Prior experience in the Animal Health industry (vaccines and / or formulations) will be an advantage.

Experience of around ten years, with atleast six years plus covering CIS – Russia market.

Qualifications

Professional with “10+ yrs experience in International Sales & Marketing for CIS & Russia countries. Russian language is must.
