JOB LOCATION: Across Mumbai different sites (no travelling involved) SEGMENT: CORPORATE BACKGROUND DESIGNATION: Facility Executive ( Soft Services – Housekeeping ) Housekeeping / Soft service experience is mandatory. Experience – 4-8yrs Job Description – Site / Client Site staff attendance, Weekly Report Preparation. Client escalation Management. Complete knowledge of Chemicals and Cleaning Materials Good knowledge of Gardening, Pest Control. Coordinating and leading a team of Sodexo staff to cover various areas . Responsible for management of services and processes. Providing feedback, training, coaching, Grooming, personal and professional hygiene standards and guidance to HK staff. Maintain discipline and quality of work of Sodexo HK Teams. Ensure all staff wears appropriate uniforms and safety gear and adhere to the prescribed safety standards as per the norms. Follow the instructions and assignments from the Manager. Arrangement of all consumables and supplies at the Client Site. Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports Collecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit Interacting with the Housekeeping vendor. Routine Inspection at Client Sites to ensure performance measures are being maintained. Inspection of Muster at Client Sites of all the housekeeping staff.
