Location-Pune (Talawade)/Mumbai (Andheri East)

Immediate Joiner/Lesser notice candidates preferred

Education : Any Graduation

Language Skills: English & Japanese N2/N3 Certification is must

Shift – 5.30am to 3 pm IST

Work experience : 2-5 years in HR with Japanese Language skill or Candidates with Japanese language specialist willing to work in HR

Role – HR Business Partner cum payroll

Responsibilities:

Having knowledge of local employment and immigration laws

Managing payroll related activities and co-ordinating with various stake holders including payroll vendor, labour consultants and employees

Responsible to liase with legal counsel and work visa application for various employee related requirements

Having knowledge of the local benefits like the pension plan and insurance.

Language Skills – English, Japanese

Work Timing – 9am to 6pm (UTC +9) -Japan time zone
