About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:

– Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
– Develop and manage marketing budgets.
– Data-Driven Marketing:
– Utilize data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., RFM analysis, customer segmentation) to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
– Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
– Customer Acquisition and Retention:
– Develop and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns to attract new customers.
– Create loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives to foster long-term relationships.
– Brand Management:
– Strengthen and maintain the brand identity and positioning across all marketing channels.
– Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
– Digital Marketing:
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
– Track and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize campaigns.
– Performance Analysis and Reporting:
– Track and measure marketing campaign performance using key metrics.
– Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a data-driven environment.
– Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
– Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing decisions.
