Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and closing new business deals. This role is pivotal to expanding our B2B and OEM customer base. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both new and existing customers.
– Analyze customer needs and propose solutions to meet client demands and increase revenue.

1. Lead Generation and Qualification:

– Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
– Use CRM tools to track, qualify, and nurture leads effectively.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

– Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Engage with senior decision-makers to present products and services that align with business needs.

1. Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:

– Leverage in-depth knowledge of the product line to offer technical support and advice to clients.
– Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

1. Sales Pipeline Management:

– Manage and report on the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
– Ensure timely follow-up with all leads and opportunities to maintain strong pipeline health.

1. Negotiation and Closing:

– Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals.
– Collaborate with internal teams to finalize deals that align with the company’s strategic goals.

1. Reporting and Strategy:

– Report sales numbers, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
– Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client preferences to influence sales strategy.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
– 4-5 years of experience in direct B2B sales and OEM sales.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
