Job Overview:
As a
Project Manager
in the Product Department at 411 Locals, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing product-related projects from conception to completion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the company’s objective of delivering a minimum
1:4 Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product development, fulfillment, R&D, and marketing—to ensure project objectives are met and that we continue to drive significant value for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the home service industry.
Qualifications:
Experience : 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or product development.
Local SEO experience
in the home service industry is considered an advantage.
Project Management Skills : Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver results aligned with business objectives, including achieving a
1:4 ROAS .
Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines.
Budgeting & Resource Management : Experience in managing project budgets, controlling costs, and efficiently allocating resources.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to foresee potential issues and resolve them quickly.
Software Skills : Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification : PMP or similar project management certification is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives aimed at achieving a 1:4 ROAS for clients. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Resource Management : Identify and allocate necessary resources (team members, tools, technology) to ensure efficient project delivery. Monitor resource availability and resolve any bottlenecks.
Budget Management : Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure that all projects are completed within financial constraints while targeting optimal ROAS. Report discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Timeline & Milestone Management : Create and manage project timelines to meet deadlines. Track progress against milestones and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Team Coordination : Collaborate with various teams (product development, fulfillment, marketing, QA) to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication among team members.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks, issues, or obstacles that could impact project timelines or ROAS. Develop and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with customer expectations. Collaborate with QA teams to perform regular quality checks.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, timelines, risks, and any required adjustments to the project plan.
Post-Project Evaluation : Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance against objectives, gather lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.
