Role Technical Sales
Desired Qualification B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) | M.E /M.Tech –Civil |MBA preferred
Desired Experience 4 – 10 Years
Job Description
· BE/M.Tech in Civil + MBA in Marketing having relevant experience in infrastructure sector with ability to sell. (i.e. Highways, Airports, Railways etc. dealing with multiple stakeholders i.e. Independent Road Contractors, Engineers, Government Engineers, RO’s & PD’s of NHAI, MORTH, NHIDCL, PWD Engineers, NABL laboratories, etc.
· Excellent communication skill with an ability to learn.
· Ability to do technical presentation to the EPC/HAM/BOT Contractor, Q.C. Managers & Site Engineers, PWD Engineer;
· Conduct Lab trial by doing Job mix design, field trial, generate technical commercial report and do commercial closures
· To develop relationships with R.O’s, Project Directors, Independent / Authority Engineers and PMU’s/ PIU’S
· Should have working knowledge of various tests on soil, aggregate & bitumen as per the technical specifications and reviewing the quality assurance/ quality aspects of the construction work. Should be able to extract potential from state RRDA’s for soil stabilization works and convert. Would be responsible of managing Stabilization works, pavement evaluations with SQM/NQM
· Should be willing to travel extensively within the state and out of state it necessary Desired Candidate Profile · Candidates from Bitumen I Bitumen Emulsion, Bitumen/Soil additives, Asphalt, Construction Chemicals, Infrastructure Industries are preferred Desired Skills & Competencies · Excellent communication and analytical skills.
· Good with MS Excel and other MS Office software.
· Good Inter personal skills and a team worker.
