Your Role

As our company’s portfolio continues to expand, Razor Group is entering into new territories, leading to increased statutory reporting obligations. Consequently, our Accounting team is actively seeking for an experienced candidate to join the team in the role of Team Lead of our Cash Reconciliation Team to create a best-in-class Accounting Team across multiple entities and jurisdiction. You will play a key role in helping improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth. You will be working on high-impact initiatives with various members of Razor Management across Commercial, Growth and Operations.

Your Responsibilities

• You develop group-wide accounting processes by developing standards and guidelines;
• Conduct monthly cash accounts reconciliation process for multiple subsidiaries and geographies;
• Ensure thorough documentation of cash reconciliations and related reporting conclusions.;
• You are in charge of monthly/quarterly/annual cash closing processes and timelines;
• You manage a team of 5+ people;
• You work directly with the Head of Accounting on a daily basis
• You are the contact person with our external auditors for all cash accounting related matters;
• You lead special projects within Accounting;
• You will contribute within the team by continuously optimizing current accounting processes, instruments, tools and procedures in order to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting, finance or an equivalent training;
• You have 6+ years of relevant experience in Accounting;
• You have a good knowledge of IFRS Accounting-international accounting standards-, ideally with a Big 4 background in auditing, financial accounting/advisory in industry;
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, or an equivalent certification would be an advantage;
• You are fluent English and have an open communication style that rounds out your profile;
• You are proficient in all common Microsoft Office applications, and have experience with accounting ERPs such as NetSuite;
• You are thorough and quality-oriented in every task you are in charge of;
• You dispose of excellent management skills and can efficiently communicate priorities to the team you are in charge of;
• You are able to quickly understand, analyze, and structure complex accounting issues;
• You are proactive, focused on the work objective and solution oriented.
