Affluent Relationship Manager(Liability Sales) – Leading MNC Bank – Chennai
Experience: 4+ yrs (Relevant from Liability Product Sales)
To deliver acquisition of “qualified” New to Bank (NTB) DBS Treasures clients through “need-based approach” and revenue performance by leverage product penetration opportunities through cross-sell of DBS products and services.
To manage & maintain the highest customer satisfaction and service levels through pro-active client engagement & relationship management, coordinating internally with DBS Service and Distribution and Product team
- NTB Acquisition – Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) acquisition of CASA accounts with funded balances (TRV basis Gold, Silver, Bronze)
- CASA Avg. Bal/TD Net Growth – Generate net growth in average balance for current account/savings account (CA/SA) and Term Deposits (TD).
- Revenue: Generate new sales revenue from Insurance, Foreign Exchange (FX), and incremental CASA Net Interest Income (NII) up to M3 (month 3).
- Strategic Focus (Referral): generate referrals for strategic products such as Mortgages, Credit Cards sourcing, etc.
- Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and address operational risks if any
- To exercise appropriate due diligence while on-boarding and engaging with clients.
