Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for

leading and managing

technical data science projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery of project goals and business objectives, and driving continuous improvement within the team. The Technical Data Science Program/Project Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources. The ideal candidate will be

based in Bengaluru .

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate project roadmaps for Data Science / Machine Learning oriented programs.
Support and collaborate assigned product or technology vertical to coordinate and monitor day-to-day tasks and workflows of the project team.
Scope and define tasks using defined team processes based on JIRA and Confluence.
Initiate/lead intake of new project scope/engagements, be the Agile coach and ensure all programs follow the established SDLC standards.
Drive or facilitate project delivery with the external consultants and third parties, where needed, ensuring they meet their project obligations.
Define and align technical teams to ensure that the success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs such as quality and performance) of multiple feature areas (e.g., product, service) across divisional boundaries are met.
Facilitate agile ceremonies as needed to establish a regular rhythm of demonstration, feedback, and improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field;

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile

certification is a plus.
Proven experience in

program/project management

with a focus on

Agile methodologies.
Experience with data science and AI project management preferred; extremely valuable if candidate has prior Life sciences or Biopharmaceutical experience.
Substantial experience with

Jira and Confluence
Experience Scrum Lead – ( flexible to work with a hybrid team)- well versed in ceremonies.
Data science/AI experience preferred not mandatory.
Pharma/Life sciences experience preferred not mandatory.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Proven ability to identify and resolve project issues.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Adept at building and maintaining positive team dynamics.
