Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced
Director of Digital Marketing
with a strong background in
e-commerce
to lead our digital strategies and execution in the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing customer acquisition, and maximizing ROI across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and execute strategies that elevate brand presence, engage customers, and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
E-commerce Strategy Development :
Design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies specifically for e-commerce to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow sales in the US market.
Campaign Management :
Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, tailored to the US e-commerce landscape.
Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor a digital marketing team focused on e-commerce, ensuring the team is equipped to achieve business goals and grow professionally.Leverage analytics to measure performance, report on key metrics (such as CVR, AOV, LTV), and optimize marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI in e-commerce campaigns.Manage the digital marketing budget with a focus on optimizing spending to ensure high impact, particularly in paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.Oversee e-commerce-specific SEO and content strategies to improve organic search rankings, site traffic, and user engagement in the competitive US market.Drive paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with precise audience targeting and performance tracking to maximize conversions and revenue from US consumers.Ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience across all digital touchpoints, optimizing the online shopping journey from awareness to post-purchase.Partner with product, sales, operations, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches within the e-commerce ecosystem.Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the US market, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years leading teams in
e-commerce businesses
focused on the US market.
Demonstrated success in developing and scaling digital marketing strategies for e-commerce, driving significant online sales growth.
Deep expertise in e-commerce channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data, report on KPIs, and optimize performance (CVR, AOV, LTV
