Job Description
Location: Work from Home (Occasional client site visits)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Fixed)
Probation Period: 3 Months (Post-probation, employees are eligible for performance bonuses, annual leaves, and other perks)
Core Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the brand effectively.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and YouTube.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories.
Monitor audience interactions, respond promptly, and foster engagement.
2. Analytics and Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and SEMrush to track campaign performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on website traffic, social media growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze trends and insights to optimize future campaigns.
3. Audience and Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ strategies.
Understand target audience behavior to tailor campaigns effectively.
Conduct surveys and analyze customer feedback for strategy refinement.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align strategies with business goals.
5. Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with writers, graphic designers, and video editors to create high-quality content.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
Repurpose content for different platforms and audiences.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Facebook Meta Suit, Inshot etc.
Creativity in content creation and campaign strategies.
Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
