Analyst or Senior Analyst who will be able to handle the responsibilities listed below
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage daily administrative operations:
- Undertake expense claims for business travel, meetings, and entertainment.
- Apply for business travel approvals, liaise with travel agent.
- Prepare and circulate approvals for E-Payment.
- Monitor expenses and approval status.
- Liaise and collaborate with MUFG Bank for operational matter.
- Create and report regular reporting materials
- Closely communicate with relevant stakeholders in MUFG Bank and MGS India to comply with relevant regulations and applicable MUFG Group policies
- Provide support on adhoc requests related to administrative operations
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support staff on the bank side
Job Requirements:
- High degree of accuracy and detail orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork skill with collaborative and diligent attitude
- Computer skills with an ability to work using applications
- Good time management skills
- Prior experience in working with apps and travel will be an added advantage
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
