And you’ll grow and be challenged in your career while having ahealthy balance with life outside of work.As an Inventory Accounting Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracyand integrity of our inventory through detailed accounting and enhanced data analytics.Your mission will be to ensure that our inventory records are precise, reliable, andreflective of our physical stock, thereby directly contributing to our operationalefficiency and financial performance. By conducting thorough analyses, reconciliations,and employing advanced analytical techniques, you’ll uncover insights that lead toimproved inventory management practices. You’ll work closely with both the financeand operations teams to address discrepancies, implement corrective actions, andprevent future variances. This position demands a blend of accounting knowledge anddata analytics proficiency, offering a unique opportunity to impact our inventoryprocesses and reporting significantly.About You: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business administration,or a related field. Qualification CA/CPA/CMA/CIMA Has 1-3 years of experience in inventory accounting, finance, or a similar role,preferably within a retail or distribution environment, and over 5 years of totalwork experience. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), especially asthey relate to inventory. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the abilityto manipulate large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Experience with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis. Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity withinventory management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving, with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks andprioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record ofworking collaboratively across teams. A proactive approach to identifying issues, suggesting solutions, andimplementing improvements.
