Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist

Experience: 7+ Yrs

Work Location: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Seeking candidates with seven-plus years of experience, particularly in payroll for Singapore, Australia, and China.

The roles and responsibilities:

• Primary Responsibility: Processing payroll operations for Singapore, Australia, and China.

Tasks:

• Collecting inputs from stakeholders, validating them, and sending them to the payroll partner.
• Verifying reports from the payroll partner to ensure accuracy, including employee salary, standard deductions, and demographic details.
• Following the company’s process for salary disbursement, which may involve direct disbursement by the payroll partner or by the company itself, depending on the country.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with the Workday HR system is preferred.
• Additional Skills: Proficiency in Excel and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
