Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information on potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
– Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
– Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our IT solutions.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.
– Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
– Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
– Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities
– Own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
– Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
– Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
– Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data

Qualification and experience:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
– Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
