Job Description

We have a opening with one of our reputed MNC client at Navi Mumbai location.

We are looking for Minimum of 9+ years of experience in process improvement, process excellence, or business process management role in finance domain

Key Role Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
– Conduct process assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes.
– Identify opportunities for process automation using tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics platforms to streamline manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
– Drive the integration of key enterprise systems (e.g. Oracle) to ensure seamless data flow. Work closely with finance teams to optimize financial processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Ensure integration of finance tools for improved accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
– Engage with cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and coordination of project activities.
– Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to monitor the impact of process improvements and tool integrations. Ensure continuous tracking and reporting of operational performance.
– Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and prepare reports on project progress, metrics, and outcomes.
– Support Business units to Embed Continuous Improvement as part of their Day-to-Day business cycle.
– Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
– Implement project management best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
