Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordination Manager to oversee and track the progress of multiple clinical studies at various stages. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and study sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and track the progress of 15–20 ongoing clinical studies, ensuring each project adheres to timelines and deliverables.
– Act as the primary point of contact for study sponsors, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and resolutions.
– Develop and maintain detailed project trackers and status reports for all clinical studies.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and data management, to ensure seamless study execution.
– Identify and escalate any risks or delays in projects, proposing mitigation strategies to keep studies on track.
– Schedule and lead regular project review meetings, documenting key decisions and action items.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines throughout the study lifecycle.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, project management, or a related field.
– 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in clinical research or a related industry.
– Familiarity with clinical study workflows, timelines, and regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP).
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and MS Office Suite.
– Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
