Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales operations across multiple states.
  • Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the assigned states, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and financial efficiency.
  • Key Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2C sales, with a strong preference for experience in the two-wheeler motorcycle industry.
  • Proven experience in managing sales and P&L across multiple states.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and financial data.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
