Assistant Manager – Quality Control

3. Quality Management System: Assist in the development, implementation, and management of a quality management system.
4. Process Auditing: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of non-conformance.
6. Documentation: Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards, regulatory requirements, and certifications.
8. Training: Assist in training employees on quality control and assurance practices to ensure understanding and compliance.
9. Customer Feedback: Monitor and address customer feedback, complaints, and issues related to quality.
10. Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities, often using root cause analysis.
11. Reporting: Generate quality reports and present findings to senior management for review and decision-making.
