Assistant Manager – Digital Branded Content (Sales) . This role is a crucial part of our sales team, focusing on ideating, pitching, and executing branded content opportunities across the
digital verticals of Republic Media Network
in multiple languages and content domains.
The ideal candidate will work within the Business team of Republic Digital and be totally synced with the Editorial content teams to drive the Branded Content business opportunities with the overall vision of Republic. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to conceptualize branded content ideas, actively identify and secure clients, and transform these ideas into successful campaigns, on-ground events, and other forms of branded content series. Candidates must thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and have prior experience in delivering impactful branded content campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Ideation & Conceptualization : Develop innovative branded content ideas that align with client objectives and the editorial ethos of Republic Media Network.
Client Acquisition : Identify, engage, and secure clients for branded content campaigns across various industries and geographies.
Business Development : Actively seek new business opportunities, turning creative ideations into executable branded content initiatives such as digital campaigns, series, or events.
Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with content, editorial, design, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of branded content projects.
Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end delivery of branded content campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations and organization interests are met.
Cross-Language Expertise : Leverage Republic Media Network’s reach across languages to create tailored branded content strategies for diverse audiences.
Performance Monitoring : Track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement and future pitches.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
2–4 years of proven success in branded content sales, ideally in a high-performance environment.
Prior experience in branded content sales within a *news or digital media environment* is a bonus.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong ideation skills with the ability to conceptualize unique branded content opportunities.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and business development.
Exceptional collaboration skills to coordinate with editorial, content, and design teams.
Proficiency in turning creative concepts into actionable campaigns and events.
