Assistant Project Manager – NPD

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in new product development and launch plan implementation in manufacturing in FMCG Foods Business.

2. Complete understanding of execution experience on technology identification and evaluation against available product brief.

3. Execution excellence in capacity planning and capacity gearing for new products in available and new plants

4. Capacity management for multiple product portfolios under new launches through gap assessment in the capability of existing lines and building required capabilities in existing lines to manage the capacity requirement in the FY.

5. Capex planning and management for new products related to business.

6. Engineering excellence in Layout design, exposure to auto cad software, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same area.

7. Project planning, execution, and stakeholder management related to new product launches starting from ideation to launch. (related to engineering function)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Exposure to AutoCAD
• 2- 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong stakeholder management
