JR52664 Associate Engineer – End User Experience Monitoring
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding IT Services:
– Gain a deep understanding of our organization’s IT services, infrastructure, and applications.
– Identify how these services impact end-user experience and overall productivity.

2. Data Analysis:
– Analyze data collected from Aternity and other relevant IT monitoring tools.
– Extract insights related to user experience, performance bottlenecks, and potential areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified issues.
– Maintain active global collaboration with other Micron IT operations teams, both internal and external to I&O, to ensure effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.

3. Aternity Mastery:
– Explore Aternity extensively to gain a deep understanding of its features.
– Identify ways to leverage Aternity features for enhancing end-user experience within Micron Enterprise.

4. Documentation and Reporting:
– Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to Aternity administration.
– Prepare regular reports on user experience metrics, system performance, and trends.

5. 24/7 On-Call Support:
– Provide support for priority issues on a 24/7 basis.
– Be available to address critical incidents promptly and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Skills:
– 0-2 years of experience working in Information Technology systems analysis
– Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
– Familiarity with Aternity or similar end-user experience monitoring tools.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Knowledge of IT service management concepts.
