About the Role

The Associate partner will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating leads for Real estate sector.

All the support to close the sale will be provided from your assigned Support Manager and backend team in organization.

Role Description

This is a contract role for an Associate Partner (Sales- Real Estate) at Client located in Mohali district, with flexibility for some remote work. The Associate Partner will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to real estate sales. The role is hybrid, so it is based in Mohali but also allows for some work from home.

• Strong knowledge of the local market in Tricity district
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to earn and align yourself with Company’s growth

Remuneration

A normal performing Partner earns around 6LPA from this role. A over Performing one is Partner is earning a average of 15LPA with us

Foreign Trips for company conventions

It is a hybrid role and you can choose to work the way you like, This is a commission/Incentive based Role.

You will be working as a Associate with us, and We will be providing Support and training for the role.
