Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information on potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our IT solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and opportunities
Own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
Qualification and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
