Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Create 2D vector animations and develop vector files for objects and characters.
2. Collaborate with instructional designers and team members to enhance learning experiences through
animations.
3. Work closely with the creative team to storyboard and conceptualize visual narratives for
educational modules.
4. Conduct comprehensive reviews of animations to ensure quality, accuracy, and learning
effectiveness.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior animators, sharing knowledge and best practices.
6. Participate in the professional development of the animation team.
7. Translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual sequences.
8. Stay updated with the latest animation trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.
9. Ensure all animation projects are completed on time and within budget.
10. Design graphics for e-learning modules using Photoshop, ensuring high-speed and high-quality
image delivery.
11. Develop style guides for user interface layouts, media strategy, and asset styles (icons, characters,
illustrations).
12. Coordinate with clients to get style guides approved and explain them to graphic designers.
13. Create wireframes based on storyboards and client requirements.
14. Visualize and give a visual look and feel to learning concepts, assisting team members in
delivering creative output.
15. Participate in brainstorming discussions with project team members.
16. Manage the team of designers, review their work, and provide guidance when necessary.
17. Perform other duties related to the role as deemed necessary.

Key Competencies

Should have knowledge with leading authoring tools including Adobe Photoshop, Captivate,
Coral Draw, Illustrator, After Effects & Premier Pro will be an advantage.
Proven experience as a 2D Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of
animation styles.
Should possess good English communication skills for understanding client needs.
Should have good analytical skills
Should be resourceful, innovative, and proactive.
Should be a good Team player
