We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the IT industry to fill bench positions and meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment within the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully filling bench positions and meeting client requirements
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels and candidate screening techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in recruitment processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract talented IT professionals with specific skill sets to fill bench positions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for bench positions
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively reach out to them for potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand client requirements and align candidates accordingly
  • Negotiate offers and finalize contracts with candidates
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively engage with candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on the recruitment progress
