Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with qualified IT professionals who are actively looking for new opportunities. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates on our bench for potential client assignments. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with mid-level experience required (4 to 6 years).
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates on the bench
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including current technologies and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and evaluate qualified candidates
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with qualified IT professionals for bench placement opportunities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Evaluate candidate skills, experiences, and qualifications for suitability
- Build and maintain a network of IT professionals for future placement opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize salaries, rates, and contract terms with candidates
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely placement of candidates on client assignments
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the IT industry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
