BIM Manager

Job Description

Qualification: B.Arch./ BE/B Tech with Professional BIM Qualification.

Experience -12-15 Years out of which last 3 yrs. as BIM Manager Role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Developing & Implementing Virtual Design Construction Practices. (Autodesk software- ACAD and REVIT, Naviswork).

Able to develop BIM models independently from CAD files, work on Navis work and coordinate for ASMEP disciplines, clash free coordinated ASMEP model clash detection and resolving clash related RFIs

Act as intermediary between ASMEP consultant & site execution Team for clash resolution and efficient project execution.

Developing & implementing LOD 300-400 BIM model and integrated construction & project management practice.

Validate the LOD and LOI as defined for project phase.

Knowledge of BIM standards (BIM forum2019,ISO19650 series and PAS 1192 series)

Support the automation of various process in BIM to efficiently plan, construct and manage building and infrastructure.

Delivering trainings to project management group & Project Site teams on usage of BIM.

Monitoring day-to-day activities of BIM Consultant`s and users for ensuring adherence to BIM standards, formulated strategies for up-gradation and implementation of BIM effectively.

Developing and upgrading BIM Implementation plan for Project management group.

Preparing Guidelines for BIM Execution Plan for the BIM Consultant.

Developing and upgrading guidelines for Design, Review & Approval in BIM process.

Identifying and implementing best practices in BIM related software/technologies.
