We are seeking to drive brand growth through strategic partnerships and impactful content marketing initiatives. With a relentless focus on sales-driven strategies, we aim to revolutionize the way brands connect with their target audiences.
You will be instrumental in reshaping brand narratives, strategies for effective brand communication and adapting brands to the south India values across all diaspora. As a Brand Partnerships Lead with a strong sales orientation and a passion for content marketing. You will be responsible for leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels. This role requires a dynamic individual who can confidently pitch our services to agencies and brands nationally, while also leading the creation of compelling content marketing campaigns.
We are on the lookout for 3 talented individuals for this role. We have openings in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing brand partnership opportunities that align with our company’s objectives and revenue targets.
Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to effectively pitch our services to agencies and brands nationally, emphasizing the value proposition of our content marketing initiatives.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Utilize data-driven insights and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing strategic decision-making.
Lead the development of category pitches and presentations that effectively communicate our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign planning, budget management, and performance tracking, to ensure successful outcomes for our partners.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, brands, and industry influencers, to drive long-term partnerships and business growth.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and content marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales-driven roles, with a focus on brand partnerships, business development, or related areas.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively pitch and close deals with agencies and brands nationally.
Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, with experience in developing and executing content marketing campaigns.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
