About the role
We’re looking for an all-in Business Development Executive for an incredibly rare opportunity at a well-funded, fast-growing early-stage start-up with both, a mission and value creation upside.
We are targeting an $8 billion opportunity of helping 6 million unemployed graduates each year. This would unlock tremendous personal and professional growth in a short time for an A+ early member.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Present company’s offerings, establish relationships, and create opportunities for sales.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with potential customers to secure sales agreements.
- Working to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Providing regular feedback on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the management team.
- Ensuring customer success and satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships post-sales.
- Working to achieve customer retention and fostering long-term partnerships with educational institutions.
Applicant must have good communication skills in both, English and Hindi.
Applicant must be from science/IT background.
Sales expertise and strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to work hard and earn beyond the base salary through incentives
