Our client who is World’s number one owner and lessor of reusable offshore DNV certified containers with a diverse fleet of 75,000+ cargo carrying units, enabling the safe transportation of essential cargo to and from offshore energy installations is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead
their efforts in establishing and expanding the business in India and Bangladesh.

    • Qualifications and Requirements

    Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA
    preferred).
     Minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry
     Proven experience in business development and sales, especially in the Indian and Bangladesh market.
     Strong understanding of the Indian and Bangladesh business landscape, culture, and regulations.
     Excellent leadership and team management skills.
     Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
     Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
     Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
     Adaptability and willingness to take calculated risks.
     Experience in launching new businesses or business units is a plus.
