Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the consultancy or service industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the consultancy or HR industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and achievements.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand professional network and generate leads.
