Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the consultancy or service industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of the consultancy or HR industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and achievements.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand professional network and generate leads.
