Description of position:

We are seeking a well-connected & experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT sales, business development, and strategic planning to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience in IT sales, with a deep understanding of reference and as well as staffing and project- related sales.

He/She should be able to understand the technical aspects of analytics and technology services to device result oriented outreach activities.

Desired skills and experiences:

1. Experience and in-depth knowledge of Sales, Marketing in IT services or relevant field.

2. Business Development and sales knowledge in business intelligence and analytics field.

3. Understanding company’s goals and future plans and accordingly developing sales & marketing plans.

4. Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company to expand.

5. As a fast-growing organization, you’ll need to have an enthusiastic approach to other responsibilities as and when they arise and apply your skills to any challenge that they may present.

6. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the IT sector.

7. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.

8. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

9. Initiate and execute sales campaigns & other activities in key sectors.

10. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.

11. Collaborate with the marketing team to guide them in sales strategies with promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

12. Development of target lists, and strategies for solutions & services.

13. Guide the sales team and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to achieve exceptional results.

14. Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and HR department and other teams, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

15. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.

16. Stay informed about the latest developments in the IT industry and technological advancements.

17. Strong business knowledge with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.

18. Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.

19. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven attitude.

21. Willingness to travel domestic or international as and when needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Candidates should hold a minimum bachelor’s degree. MBA- preferred
