Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in the insurance industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and presenting value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and customized insurance solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and use the findings to inform business development strategies.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and establish connections with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, including contract agreements, to secure new partnerships with insurance providers, brokers, and other relevant entities.
