Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team in the card industry. He will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing and executing sales strategies & building and maintaining customer relationship. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the cards industry, identifying new markets, opportunities, and potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding t heir needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the cards sector.
Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and improvement efforts.
Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Skills:
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales management within the Card industry.
Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong understanding of the cards sector, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
