Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team in the card industry. He will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing and executing sales strategies & building and maintaining customer relationship. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the cards industry, identifying new markets, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding t heir needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the cards sector.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and improvement efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
  • Skills:

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales management within the Card industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the cards sector, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
