We are hiring for the position of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, which involves a 30-days training period during which the applicant will perform the duties of a SALES OFFICER and be evaluated on their knowledge, abilities, and attitude. The potential and expertise being brought to our table excites us greatly.

TRAINING TASK: 1,00,000

TRAINING STIPEND: 7,000/-

TRAINING PERIOD: 30 DAYS

We provide training on corporate work culture and skill development as part of our training programme.

A) Training Functional Area: HR (Recruiting)/Sales & Marketing

B) Training: IRDAI Training, Insurance basic, Company products & investments, Team Recruitment & handling

C) Awards & Certificates: Performance based Awards & Certificates

To advance in his or her career as a Business Development officer and to a higher level of leadership as a Senior Business Development Officer, a Sales officer must meet the set requirements.

After successfully completing their training as a sales officer, they will be promoted to the position of business development officer, which pays an income of upto 25,000 a month. BDO’s everyday tasks include team management and recruitment.

Salary: 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 per month
