Channel Sales Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by leveraging your experience in cloud sales to build strong,
scalable partnerships.
• Onboarding New Partners: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, with a focus on
those selling cloud-based solutions.
• Partner Retention: Develop deep relationships with existing partners, ensuring their ongoing
satisfaction and success in selling cloud products.
• Extensive Travel: Travel extensively (up to 60-70%) to engage with partners in person, attend
industry events, and strengthen partner relationships.
• Cloud Sales Expertise: Utilize your cloud sales knowledge to advise partners on best practices,
enabling them to sell effectively and meet sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to
deliver value to partners and address any challenges they may face.
• Training & Enablement: Provide partners with tailored training on cloud products and solutions,
helping them effectively market and sell to their customers.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track partner performance, analyze sales data, and make data-driven
decisions to optimize channel strategies and partner success.
Key Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, cloud sales and partner management.
• Familiarity with cloud technology, SaaS, or related solutions.
• Proven experience in driving sales growth through cloud-based solutions.
• Strong ability to manage partner relationships, with a focus on onboarding and retention.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 60-70%) to engage with partners in person.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
• Growth mindset and a passion for learning about evolving cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate partner performance and make data-driven adjustments.
