Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Strong understanding of recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to meet the company’s goals
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top talent
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
• Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee excellence
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Create and maintain a positive work culture, fostering employee engagement and satisfaction
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Implement effective compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent
• Lead HR analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to the management team
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management
