Location : Bangalore

Roles & responsibilities of the individual

We seek an experienced Renewals and Recovery Manager to lead our renewal and recovery efforts. The ideal

candidate will have a Commerce background with inside sales experience, and exceptional communication

skills. The role involves consistent monitoring of regular renewal cash flow and driving the team aggressively to

achieve the same.

● Develop and execute renewal strategies to achieve revenue targets.

● Data Analysis and Reconciliation with Accounting Books

● Lead renewal negotiations with existing customers.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounts and Customer Success).

● Identify and address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly.

● Implement recovery strategies for at-risk accounts.

● Reconcile Debtors list with Renewal list

● Maintain renewal forecasts and pipeline management.

● Manage customer relationships, identifying renewal opportunities and mitigating risks.

● Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

● Report on renewal performance to senior management.

Who will fit into the role?

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.

● 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in renewals or account management.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis.

● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

● Strong customer relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

● Commerce Graduate

● Experience in Tally or related ERP
