Job Description

Scope :
NDIS Driver development (including Inbox drivers), feature enhancement and bug fixing for Networking devices (Ethernet Controllers).
Support various Windows OS version
ODC facility is a must including trained lab personnel in maintain setups and infra
Windows compliance and Certification
Ownership of Def3ects and Sightings management
Daily Scrub and updates as per SLA
Assignment to Vendor team and follow-up with stakeholders
Rootcause and closure as per SLA of sighting exposure
Ability of Team to work in Autonomy with Lead engineer as interface and POC
This also includes removing bottlenecks associated in resolving setup, clarifications, accesses and conversations in database
Technical aptitude and skills to engage with Product stakeholders (Validation, PM, Customer Support et cetera)
Work with Lead in sizing, estimating and prioritizing of requirements

Skills : Expert level skills in below activities

OOPS concepts & C/C++ programming including exposure to latest version of Programming Language
Understanding of on FW/HW
Microsoft WDK (driver Kit)
Visual Studio, Windbg
Kernel and User level drivers
NIC platform experience
Memory management, dump analysis
IEEE 802 Standards Suite
Communication skills – Clear, Crisp, Timely & to the point
Ability to organize the team, assign, track and drive the vendor Team
Generate WSRs, Metrics, KPIs & Indicators.
